Digital assets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply over minutes and may fall to zero. Quoted rates are locked only for the short duration shown at checkout; the value of your assets after delivery is entirely subject to market movement. Never transact with money you cannot afford to lose.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. If you provide an incorrect wallet address, choose an unsupported network, or lose access to your wallet, funds transferred cannot be recovered by QGreenPay. Always verify the destination address and network before confirming an order.
Digital assets held in wallets are not insured by any government deposit-guarantee scheme (such as FDIC pass-through insurance) unless expressly stated. Fiat funds in transit are subject to banking system timelines and, where applicable, safeguarding requirements — but are not deposit accounts with QGreenPay.
Bank transfers and payouts depend on external banking systems, correspondent relationships, holidays, and cutoffs. Settlement may be delayed or, in rare cases (e.g., sanctions freezes, court orders, bank failures), interrupted by events outside our control.
The regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and is evolving rapidly. Services available today may become restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction tomorrow, and pending transactions may be delayed or reversed to comply with law.
Parts of the Service depend on our liquidity, banking and settlement partners. Their own terms, requirements and regulatory status apply to the elements they perform, and they may change independently of us.
Related risks include: a partner suspending, restricting or terminating a corridor or a banking relationship at short notice; changes to a partner's licensing, risk appetite, limits or pricing; delays caused by banking cut-off times, correspondent banks or local clearing; and operational failure, insolvency or loss of banking access at a partner. Where a partner restricts or withdraws an element of the service, the affected Service may become unavailable, limited or slower, and you may be asked to complete additional verification. QGreenPay does not control those decisions.
Scammers commonly impersonate payment platforms, investment schemes, or romance contacts, and instruct victims to buy digital assets and transfer them away. QGreenPay never asks you to send digital assets to "verify", "unlock", or "protect" an account, and offers of guaranteed returns are fraudulent. If someone instructs you to buy crypto on behalf of a stranger, treat it as a scam and contact us before transacting.
The Site and third-party systems (payment processors, blockchains, liquidity venues) may experience outages, congestion, or errors. We design for resilience, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and network fees may spike during periods of congestion.
Buying, selling, and converting digital assets may have tax consequences in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your tax obligations; we do not provide tax advice and generally do not withhold taxes on your behalf except where required by law.
If you suspect fraud or have questions about these risks, contact Support@qgreenpay.com or +1 (720) 414-9180 immediately.
